If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may refund it for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
All refunds must be requested within one (1) days of the purchase date. You may put in a request for a refund only within 24 hours of your purchase. (This does NOT mean your article will be published within 24 hours)
To refund a service, please email customer service at email@example.com. After receiving your email, we will contact you via email and discuss other publications we can get your article(s) published in for the same value as your original purchase. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your email to get a response.
Articles that have already been published are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
We will give you a money-back refund if we fail to deliver a service within 30 days after you’ve approved the article(s).
